For this shoot of hands I used a low key set up including a black backdrop and a single soft box to highlight the models hands within the images. I initially took my photographs of hands as one single focal point within the image to display the hard work that is incorporated within the trading business worldwide, However further enhancing my image i added some coins that are widely recognisable in the theme 'trade' . To create my image i used charcoal to black my models hands and make them look older and rougher than they were primarily. In this shoot I used an ISO of 800, a shutter speed of 1/125 and an aperture of 3.5 specifically using a monochrome setting to further convey the old working environment that is widely recognisable within the theme of trade.
