Follow spot Photography
Methodology
For this shoot we used a white background in order to create the background for this image. we used a single light source to create this image using a followspot studio spotlight changing the color of the lamp itself located on the back of the spotlight to create different effects in my final photos. to create the final image you will need to position the followspot studio spotlight behind the background in order to create a silhouetted image with you're model standing in front of the background.
My first shoot
I felt that my first shoot went well however i need to experement more with props and the placing of my model also the colour that compliemtns them most in order to create the best image possible,
Within some images i used a reflector in order to bounce some of the light off of spotlight onto my models face creating a highlight on one side of her face, enhancing her features even more to display them in the photo itself.
The orange lighting enhances my models features better than the white filter creating an amber tone on her face
highlighting it more suttely and soflty complimenting it more.
To progress further next time i will use a variety of different colored backgrounds in order to eplore a range of effects it creates on my model, also i will use props to create different feeling photographs to add to my final collection of images for this shoot type.
