Back-Light Photoshoot methodology
in this shoot i set up a white cloth with a back light behind the sheet, which could turn different colours corrosponding to you're shoot and what you wanted to gain from the shoot. The white cloth was used as a diffuser of light so not much light would come through and focus mainly on the face of the subject also so the light wasn’t too bright. I got a model to stand in front of the cloth with the light behind them. i positioned them so that certain or small bits of facial features were outlined or distinguished.
As well as just taking the image i had a grip holding the reflector in order to reflect light back onto the model, this also helped the camera as there was little light exposed to it, this made it easier to focus and allowed my image to be crisper.
I continuously changed the exposure on my camera to make sure the image stayed at a reasonable image brightness however had to control this so that it was neither to light or dark.
